I had previously posted about an undated Camp Hayden pocket patch cirica 1980 and another here. Here is another of different design. It also has a reference to Dutchess County Council unlike the previous Blue Version
Camp Hayden was operated by Rockland County Council as their summer camp from 1976 to 1983.
Can anyone confirm the specific year(s) of use for this patch and when Dutchess County Council came into the mix?
