Event celebrates Civilian Conservation Corps milestone | recordonline.com.
The Ten Mile River Scout Museum, at 1481 Crystal Lake Road, Narrowsburg, will host a celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) and CCC Camp Ten Mile River from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Aug. 4.
The event is open to the public at no cost.

Displays by local historical museums and a National Park Service exhibit
CCC-related souvenirs and literature for sale
Guided walks of the CCC Camp Ten Mile River site
Viewings of a documentary on the CCC
