In 1996 Hudson Delaware, Rockland County and Dutchess County Councils merged to form Hudson Valley Council. They continued the Hudson Delaware lease of Camp Ranachqua. Here is a patch from the camp during its first year under the combined regime. As you can see from the image, it now contains a bear which was the totem for Nacha Nimat Lodge #86 which served the new Council. The patch pictured below is the Staff version.
