Can anyone confirm the requirements for Veteran and Oldtimer? or if there were other issues in this set?

There were no requirements.Veteran and Old Timer were used instead of continuing the number sequence so Veteran is 4th year and Old Timer is 5th year. This is from one of Boyhaven staff in those years to me.
