I have written about the various TMR Scout programs over the years beginning in 1938. The two displays of TMR Scout (Felt & Cloth) currently displayed in the TMR Museum are part of my personal collection.
The colors has specific meaning and were used for different program areas.

Most of the two color variations, are split horizontally. With one color atop the other. Here is a variation were the two colors are side by side.
